"App doesn't work right. Constantly get an error message when I try to reorder a previous order or order one of my saved favorites. Every time I order I have to retype the entire order again. Error message says penny club has been removed from the menu."

That's a lot of data just so I can get 1% back on purchases. This isn't a "loyalty" program - it's an intrusive requirement since most stores won't allow phone in orders anymore, so this is the only way to order ahead. Loyalty punishment program."
