App doesn't work right. Constantly get an error message when I try to reorder a previous order or order one of my saved favorites. Every time I order I have to retype the entire order again. Error message says penny club has been removed from the menu.
Can never sign up. I always have to purchase as a guest. Very annoying because I would love to save my order so it's faster.
Shares A LOT of personal info with 3rd parties. Their loyalty program in the app requires that you consent to having your name, birthdate, email, phone, gender, and notification preferences shared with (sold to) undisclosed other 3rd parties. That's a lot of data just so I can get 1% back on purchases. This isn't a "loyalty" program - it's an intrusive requirement since most stores won't allow phone in orders anymore, so this is the only way to order ahead. Loyalty punishment program.
New app hasn't worked for weeks. We normally use it every week.
They never disappoint. Everytime I order a sandwich it's the same as the last one I ordered and that's why I keep coming back. Keep doing what you're doing!!!!
Great food!, this update on this app leaves alot to be desired, can not see my points or if I have any promos. This needs to be better much better.
Cant customize my sandwich with whatever i want. It forces you to use their presets and it doesn't even show you what's on them.
Awesome subs, quick service, and very fresh ingredients. Never had a bad service or a disappointing experience.
I clicked for delivery and it changed my order to pick-up not happy it says not in delivery range but they have delivered to corwin ford before other mechanics have ordered so now I'm out 12.00 because they won't refund my money
